My name is Mayra Vendramim and I’m a User Experience Designer based in Amsterdam. I love to work with digital products and craft engaging user experiences to them.

Guest Messaging @ Booking.com (2020)

This project is a mix and match of many initiatives I participated in or led since joining the Guest Messaging team in Booking.com.

Packages @ Booking.com (2019)

Side project exploring ways to allow properties to offer and sell packages on Booking.com

99 - New riding experience (2017)

This project is a redesign of the riding experience for passengers who used the 99 apps. The goal was to reduce the cancellation rates and foster communication with the drivers.

99 and DiDi localization (2017)

When DiDi Chuxing acquired 99, it needed to integrate it with its ecosystem. In this project, we investigated the solution offered by DiDi and how our Brazilian users perceived it.

HE:labs website (2015)

HE:labs is a company that develops digital products. The goal of their new website was to reposition them in the market as a premium company

    UX Designer - Mobile Apps @ Booking.com

    • I'm part of the team that builds the messaging experience for Booking.com guests. That includes not only the chat interfaces used by millions of users, but also other tools that automate communication between guests, properties, and customer support agents.

  • 2016 - 2018

    UX Designer @ 99

    • 99 is the biggest Brazilian mobility company and our first unicorn 🦄. I dedicated most of my time there designing products for our passengers, dealing with challenges spread throughout the whole journey—from onboarding to trip review.

    • Development of digital products for startups and big companies, acting since the discovery phase, sketching wireframes, researching personas and defining user flows, till the conception of high fidelity mockups and prototypes
